When VMware’s Asia Pacific Japan partner channel marketing team decided to venture into video story telling to engage partners and colleagues across the business, Lovely3C was brought on to develop their content strategy, scripting, directing, coaching talent, filming and post production. We developed a vast library of short form video supporting customer advocacy, promoting conferences, webinars and launching a new online learning platform. What started out as an assignment with Riverbed for a senior contractor to backfill maternity leave for the Asia Pacific Corporate Communications Director over eight months, has evolved into a long-term relationship as the go-to agency for creative content development, customer case studies, copy editing, video story-telling, LinkedIn content strategy and coaching sales teams to present on video.

RMIT Online’s dynamo marketing team needed extra brain power to develop value proposition narratives and key messaging for suite of online industry courses as first to market in Australia. Lovely3C consulted on a range of Blockchain, AI and Digital Marketing, Online MBA courses producing materials for launch within weeks of the courses being assigned to the marketing team. We also helped RMIT Online rethink their brand strategy as a leader delivering real world skills to transform your career.

Keypath is a leading online education provider partnering with universities internationally. After several years of meteoric growth, its talented marketing team was starting feel the strain on how to prioritise strategy over tactics and execution. Lovely3C teamed up with Keypath’s CMO to develop a customised two-day workshop to help the marketing team step off the hamster wheel and adopt strategic planning methods.

NAB required a specialist contractor with public company communications experience to write and project manage their annual reports project, including the sustainability report. We joined NAB’s Corporate Affairs team to work inhouse over three years to deliver one gold and two silver ARA award winning reports.

ANZ required a senior communications contractor to develop an employee engagement program to galvanise employees across a sales force comprising six different specialist areas of the retail bank. We stepped in to support the department head, established a team of culture champions and implemented a leadership communications program which lifted employee engagement scores from the lowest in the retail bank to the highest within three years.

Having grown rapidly in online education and financial services sectors since 2015, technology solutions business Crystal Delta had reached an inflection point on how to approach marketing longer term as they continue to scale. Lovely3C conducted a review of their marketing function, plans and provide strategic advice on how to fine tune the approach, resourcing, budget and inform decision making. We also consulted on brand strategy and value proposition narrative when they launched Mastedly Ed Tech by Crystal Delta.

Moula helps hard-working business owners in Australia access the business finance they need to grow. When their Head of Marketing and Communications needed to take 9 months maternity leave, Lovely3C appointed a senior contractor to work inhouse leading their team comprising campaign manager, brand and design specialist, videographer and copywriter. During the assignment, we delivered a rebrand, significantly increased brand awareness and achieved national recognition for the launch of new business Moula Pay.

Lovely3C developed customed pitch training for startup incubator HaymarketHQ and Enterprise Singapore’s first cohort of Singapore Australia Accelerator program participants. The three-hour workshop equipped start up leaders to deliver a compelling one-minute pitch combining brand purpose with personality to captivate and influence their audience. Business leaders who participated performed significantly better in the final round presentations than those who missed the course.

Circles.Life is a fast-paced technology company reimagining the telco industry. Lovely3C was engaged support recruitment marketing and employee engagement efforts at a pivotal time when Circles needed to increase its workforce by over 20 per cent. We coached staff, produced a gold award winning HR submission, developed a new Employee Value Proposition framework and implemented a strategic recruitment marketing plan for LinkedIn and Glassdoor that lifted ratings from 2.8 to over 3.2 within six months.
